Some properties have information that is season-specific. It would be nice if this information can be toggled off during off-season.
Or they can add information for specific weeks/months of the year only (like special winter information)
This also makes it easier to prepare information that is not being used yet but will be in a future moment.

This can also be relevant for rooms types that are not active anymore in the PMS. Clients want to keep them for reporting purposes, there will be no guests anymore in these rooms, but we would also not want the AI to mention these room types to pre-sales guests. Setting the room type to inactive would be a solution.
