I wanted to check whether it’s possible to automate a specific type of guest message based on availability. What we’d like to do: Automatically message guests 24 hours before their scheduled check-out, but only if the unit they’re staying in is available after their departure date. Example: A guest is checking out of [space] today [space] is available for the next 1–2 nights Can the system automatically send a message offering them the option to extend their stay? For example: £xxx for 1 additional night £xxx for 2 additional nights Triggered only if they are within 12–24 hours of check-out and availability exists.
