Hi Teddy and Maxim, thanks for giving us feedback. Do you have this logic of returning guests/information in your PMS? Or should we apply logic on our side to recognize returning guests? I'd be happy to build the logic, but if you already perform CRM logic on your own side, then I think it would be better to use that.

steven oliemans the option exists with lighthouse but doesn't work so it's currently better to assume it doesn't exist on Lighthouse, well maybe it's better that you check with lighthouse yourself because I also insisted that it really could be better on their side, and they were going to look into that, I don't know how far they are at with this, they don't have a website like this where you can see what's in the pipelines, great, by the way, thanks for this!

it would be great if a link could be made with the channel manager (lighthouse in my case) that runnr knows it's a returning guest, this guest can then get customized communications (hey Bert how nice to see you again) and since a returning guest already knows the place, certain information is no longer necessary, which can make it all much more relaxed.
