If a guest has multiple accommodation types (e.g. camping and houses), the journey and answers can be different. Some information is only relevant for camping spots and other info is only relevant for houses

This feature has been released. We will continue to improve and add additional filters to it in the coming weeks. It is now also possible to set the desired time for scheduled messages.

Also include:

Build guest journeys per space type. For example, you can duplicate a guest journey and assign it to other space types.
Ensure that buttons within the guest journey are also conditional based on the booked space type.
Include more variables in the templates, such as the booked space type, payment status, etc.
Exclude specific space types or channels if needed.
