Clients should be able to add additional messages to the guest journey builder.
  • so they can have a pre-checkin message 7 days AND 2 days in advance
  • so they can send a message 3 days after checkin but only for stays that are longer than 5 nights
  • so they can send a message directly after checking out
  • so they can send a message on the morning of checkout
etc.
these should have at least these elements:
  • filter (like rate type, room type, stay length)
  • trigger (post-booking, checkin date, actual checkin time, check out date, actual checkout time, actual room cleaning time)
