hello, i don't like runnr.ai asking feedback to a guest before even staying here. If Runnr wants feedback in my opinion they should send it a day after guest is checked out. And actually it could be one with double button, feedback to hotel and/or feedback to runnr.ai, but seeing runnr.ai asking feedback just a day after my guest made a reservation is wild, we here are not liking that one at all.
