space management when no pms is connected

Currently it is not possible to manage spaces if there is no pms connected. Also it is not possible to add additional info to a space/room outside the pms. We could improve that.

What we also need is that we can add information to the space management only in Runnr.ai. Not all information for a specific space needs to be in the PMS as it should not be publically visible for guests.

I see more and more messages about specific facilities for specific spaces or rooms. Would really be nice if we could add extra information per room/space type (when it's not covered by the pms)
