Improve Auto-Reply Message for Forwarding Requests
Property suggested enhancing the current auto-reply message to be clearer and more helpful to the guests. Current LLM: I will forward your request to the front desk. Suggested: "I will forward your request to the front desk. They usually get back to you within a maximum of 2 hours. If your request is urgent, please call us at + Internal note: We could add the time based on each property response time or give different direction for technical issues.
