Ask questions to an AI about the data
The property has a lot of conversations and wants to ask an AI about this data. Like "which request happened the most in 2025" or "how often did we guide a guest to a restaurant and which one" and "what activities have been requested the most". One route could be to export al conversation data so the client can put it in an LLM, and another one would be to make a prompt based on the conversation data and include that in the analytics page.

It would be nice for us to see what the average response times are for front desk requests per user.

This way if clients didn't receive the whatsApp message the accommodation can easily view this info and organize the checkin time via another channel.

Option to download/export all content
Our marketing, product, and several other departments would like to access this information via an Excel export. This would allow us to fully leverage the content completed by our parks to enrich and feed other internal content. It’s a valuable source of information that deserves to be shared more widely across our teams.
