Create a tasks after a request has been accepted for specific requests. Examples are: extra bed baby cot celebrations housekeeping requests Hotel should be able to turn this on/off for the request flow. It can be a similar flow as with the approval flow with the parking / late check-out upsells.

Guest having a multiple rooms booked are receiving the option to get breakfast added but when confirming this add-on to the AI is only shown to one of the rooms in mews. Ideally the guest can see the option to add the breakfast too all rooms booked.

Not only checkin through mews, but also check out.

Some clients want to communicate with guests only based on their first or last name, and not by full name.

Many of potential hotels use Protel PMS to manage daily hotel operations. To ensure Runnr.ai fits seamlessly into their existing workflows, we’d like to build a direct integration with Protel PMS.

At the moment they need to copy booking ID and add the note manually when adding a request

Some holiday parks would like to send an initiated message containing a URL from BookingExperts that allows a guest to pre-fill some of their details before arrival. Could we create an integration with BEX that allows us to send this to the guest in a pre-checkin initiated message? We can use the pms url check-in flow for this.
